Some activities are great for many kids from age 1 to 7 or even more. This activity is one of them. You can start with your 1 yo just by putting pompoms in holes randomly. You can add tongs to make it more difficult for your 2 yo and add simple colors for 3 yo and color patterns for 4-5 yo and then add more holes and longer patterns for 6 it goes on like this.
